We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. You receive a confirmation email right after your order and a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery can take longer during holidays and peak periods.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your package, or visit our order tracking page. If it hasn't moved for several days, email order@unhookedcomfort.com and we'll look into it right away.
Address changes
Please check your address carefully at checkout. To change it, email order@unhookedcomfort.com as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
Lost or damaged package
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will reship or refund it.
