Size exchanges
- You can exchange your size for free within 90 days of delivery.
- The free exchange covers the first exchange of each tank.
- Email us at help@unhookedcomfort.com with your order number and the size you need, and we'll send you the next steps.
Returns and refunds
- You can request a refund within 90 days of delivery.
- Contact us with your order number to receive return instructions before sending anything back.
- Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
