Returns
- Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery.
- Email order@unhookedcomfort.com with your order number to receive return instructions.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item.
Damaged or wrong item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, send us a photo at order@unhookedcomfort.com and we will replace it at no cost.
